Your first session – known as the assessment session will last for 50 minutes it is known as the Counselling Hour. After that sessions are usually weekly for 50 minutes, (see sessions). All sessions are charged at a cost of £45 and this fee is payable at the begining of each session in cash. Special arrangements can be made for students and those on low incomes.

If you cancel a session less than 24 hours of your appointment you will still be liable for the full fee. If you are late for your appointment our session will still end at the same finishing time.
