Thank you for visiting my website - please allow me to introduce myself. I am a qualified integrative counsellor having trained at Newman University in Birmingham. I have several years experience working at a hospice with  bereaved, pre-bereaved clients as well as cancer patients, I have also worked at a counselling agency working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of emotional and physical issues.

I base my practice on the belief that everyone is unique and has the right to contentment. Individual counselling helps you to talk through your difficulties with someone impartial, offering a different perspective on the situation, although  I do understand seeking therapy is a brave step and it takes alot of courage to begin the journey of self awareness. My aim is to offer you support, warmth and space to explore what this means to you and do this safely and without judgement, so why not take the next step and contact me to arrange an assessment.
